Supernova Sailing

EFG is the title sponsor of the EFG Private Bank Supernova National Championships, held each year by the Supernova Dinghy Association. Supernova is a fast-growing class of racing dinghy.

In 2009, the EFG International Supernova Nationals were held in Plymouth. EFG had a leading competitor in the competition in the form of Mike Gibson, of EFG Ashby London, the 2008 national champion. Also during 2009, Mike successfully defended his title as Inland Champion at Northampton Sailing Club. Many congratulations to him for a great achievement.

The 2010 Nationals were held at Llandudno Sailing Club from 2 - 4 July 2010, and the 2011 Nationals were held at Saunderfoot Sailing Club from 1-3 July 2011. You can read more about these events in “News”, below.
